Hypnotherapy is a tool, not a magic switch
Hypnotherapy works best when you're ready to engage with the process — curious, open, and willing to look at what's actually driving your behavior. It's not passive. You're an active participant.
Results vary. Some clients feel a notable shift after the first session. Others need more sessions to see change. The work builds over time, and the changes tend to deepen the more you practice outside of sessions.
