Get Your Free Consultation Session to Ensure this is the Right Program for You
The fast-paced and results-driven world you live in today has a punishing impact on your emotional well-being. Today, it's accepted by the medical profession that many illnesses are related to stress and anxiety as it damages our immune system.
A body under stress is vulnerable to disease.
In a normal healthy individual the breakdown of their immune system can be avoided if they pay attention to their state of mind alongside a healthy lifestyle.
Unless you're willing to trade the corporate jungle (or whatever is injecting the most stress into your life currently), to become a Buddhist monk in the Himalayan's, then some stress in your life these days is inevitable. But this doesn’t mean it has to take over your life and suck out all the enjoyment.
If you're feeling overwhelmed and finding it difficult to cope or relax, then a Hypnosis Stress and Anxiety Management Program can help provide the relief you’re looking for while putting the fun back in your life. *
My name is Erika Slater and I've been a professional hypnotist since 2004. I received my training and certification from the National Guild of Hypnotist. I'm based in beautiful Cape Cod but I work with people all over so can see clients both in my office or online.
Anxiety in particular has touched my life personally so I'm sympathetic to how it can impede the enjoyment and fulfillment of life.
Stress and Anxiety Factors
While stress and anxiety tend to be intertwined and benefit from a common therapeutic approach they can be triggered by different situations. Stress can be caused by an event that makes you feel frustrated or nervous, while anxiety is a feeling of fear, worry, or unease.
The fact is the clinical definitions almost don’t matter when you’re experiencing the symptoms - you just want relief from how you feel. Where the distinction becomes important though is in the treatment, especially if medication is required in serious anxiety disorders.
In extreme conditions of anxiety and stress, hypnotherapy can supplement other forms of treatment. If this describes your condition then discuss hypnosis as a treatment with your Doctor to ensure they have a complete picture of your stress management plan.

|Headache||Panic or nervousness|
