Hypnotherapy for weight loss is not a diet
Diets tell you what to do. Hypnotherapy addresses why you don't do it, and more often, why you do things you wish you wouldn't.
Most weight struggles aren't about a lack of information. You know vegetables are better than chips. The problem is the automatic pull toward food when you're tired, overwhelmed, bored, or celebrating. That pull lives in the subconscious, where willpower doesn't reach.
Hypnotherapy works in that space. In a calm, focused state, we examine the patterns driving your eating behavior and begin to shift them — not through force, but by working with how your brain actually learns and changes.

How sessions work
1. Free Consult
A 20-minute call to understand what you're working through and whether hypnotherapy is a good fit. No obligation, no pitch.
2. First Session
We talk through your history with food, weight, and any prior attempts. Then I guide an initial hypnosis session tailored to your specific patterns.
3. Ongoing work
Most weight loss clients work in 4–8 session packages. Sessions build on each other, deepening the changes and addressing new layers as they come up.
