To download click on any of the download buttons below and this will start to download to your computer the PDF or MP3 files. It will ask you where you want to store the file. Make note of the destination directory and filename where you store each file.

Once downloaded, navigate to the same directory and file and if an MP3 import it into your iTunes or MP3 player directory, and if a PDF open it in Adobe Reader.

Introduction to Anchor.


Calm, Relaxed and in Control.


Stop Unconscious Eating.



For handling difficult emotions you have the anchor which is the hypnosis session on the cd you were given. Listen to this a few times this coming week and then from time to time if you feel you need a booster. Usually this will not be necessary though.

This is a wonderful tool that can be used for all situations where you need to regain or maintain a calm inner being. If you are required to speak in public and it rattles you, then this anchor will help. It has a multiplicity of uses!

Some people prefer to use the tapping techniques we went through in class. So below are the techniques written out until you have memorized them.


Technique for Craving Buster:

Before you begin, read through each step so you know exactly what to do.

  1. Rate your craving on a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 being the lowest and 10 the highest. It’s important to note that through out this exercise you must keep thinking about your cigarette or food craving.
  2. Now take two fingers of either hand and tap about ten times under your collarbone while you continue to think about your craving.
  3. Now tap under the eye about ten times.
  4. Now tap under the collarbone again about ten times
  5. Place you hand in front of you and tap on the back of it between your ring finger and your little finger – continue tapping through out the next step.
  6. The next step is a six part process :
    1. Close your eyes and open them again. Keep your head still and look down to the right and then down to the left.
    2. Rotate your eyes 360 degrees clockwise
    3. Rotate your eyes 360 degrees counter clockwise/anticlockwise.
    4. Hum a few bars of tune (Happy Birthday for example)
    5. Count out loud from 1 to 5.
    6. Hum a few bars of a tune.
  7. Stop and check – on a scale of 1 to 10, what number is your craving now?

If it hasn’t completely gone yet, just repeat this entire sequence again until it does. It may take as many as two or three time before you have completely eliminated the craving.

Repeat the cravings eliminator exercise when ever you have a craving. You will find that in a few short days you will no longer need to do this. This is not a distraction as most people assume but a way of recoding the neurology of your brain. You have the tool but it is up to you to use it.


Technique for Changing Emotional State:

Again, before you begin, read through each step so you know exactly what to do.

  1. Rate your emotional distress on a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 being the lowest and 10 the highest.
  2. Tap on collar bones with two fingers of each hand whilst you think about the feeling.
  3. Clear you mind by visualizing, picturing or thinking about something you like – a summer’s day, a beach or a favorite song.
  4. Keep tapping and keep you head perfectly still.
  5. Close and open your eyes.
  6. Head still - look down to the right.
  7. Head still – look down to the left
  8. Head still rotate eyes floor to ceiling in a clockwise fashion.
  9. Head still rotate eyes floor to ceiling in other direction.
  10. Place hands on shoulders and stroke your arms top down.
  11. Close you eyes and imagine you are skipping over a rope and with each skip count from 1 – 20.
  12. After you’ve reached 20 – hum Happy Birthday.
  13. Open your eyes and look straight ahead and keep your head still.
  14. Move eyes all the way to the right and then all the way to the left 3 times.
  15. Move eyes top right to bottom left 3 times.
  16. Move eyes top left to bottom right 3 times.
  17. Hands on shoulder and rub your arms.
  18. Take deep breath in stroke arms 5 time.
  19. Relax.
  20. Take a new reading of the level of the feeling and if necessary repeat the process.


Moving Forward and Next Steps:

No group session can cover every aspect of weight loss but it does cover most of the areas that people wishing to lose weight struggle with. However some people have specific needs that are not addressed by the group session and so if this feels like you then I will be very happy to see you privately and you will of course get a good discount.

Before you consider that though – let the lessons and the hypnosis session have time to take effect. Changing eating habits is no easy task but like any habitual behavior, it takes time for the new habits to be well established which is why I prefer people to go at least 2-4 weeks before scheduling a session.

Remember you are not on a low carb diet – you have merely removed the unhealthy carbs. After all – would you feed your kids candy for breakfast, lunch and dinner? Of course not, but unknowingly that is exactly what we have been doing to our bodies as well as theirs.

Good ingredients make a good meal. Likewise the ingredients you put in your body will make a good, healthy body. Common sense really isn’t it?
