Getting to this isn’t easy but hypnosis can help…

Its summer time and you are now in “last ditch effort” mode for wanting to lose weight fast….very fast! Okay, you procrastinated throughout the winter, then the beginning of spring and low and behold – shorts and “less clothes” weather is now here.

Now you are desperate to look good, or at least feel better trying! What can you do fast to remedy this precarious situation you find yourself in?

The answer is simple, painless and fast – Hypnosis for weight loss motivation!

Okay, you are probably asking me, “You are saying I need to use hypnosis for motivating myself to lose weight, or hypnosis to lose the weight?” Actually both! You can’t lose the weight through hypnosis unless you are first motivated to get yourself to a place where you want to lose the weight bad enough.

Therefore, first you need to get motivated enough to lose the weight and this will occur through ingraining positive and motivating thoughts in your mind through hypnosis. You will need to become the change that you want to see in your life.

Hypnosis will help you become and see this change in your mind’s eye through visualization, expectation and of course confidence in your ability to achieve it.

After you have gotten to this level, then hypnosis will help guide you by imparting your mind with the tools you need to apply to get the weight off and keep it off. It is not as difficult as it sounds.

The hardest part is simply getting started!

If you are considering using hypnosis to induce weight loss motivation you have a couple of options.

Option one is using CD’s or books. Although both have demonstrated good results, you may have difficulty getting the ball rolling, especially if you have difficulty with procrastination or setting the time aside to do the exercises.

You need to be motivated to start, follow through and allot the time necessary to use hypnosis effectively. Some find this to be too much work. With that said, there is option two – seeing a trained hypnotherapist and letting them guide you.

A trained hypnotherapist is more beneficial for two reasons; 1) They take the guess work out of doing hypnosis correctly if you were to do it on your own, and 2) They help mentor, coach and motivate you, which you probably have a difficult time doing for yourself.

Many people trying to do hypnosis on their own worry as to whether or not they are doing it right. In fact they are so worried about getting positive results they undermine the results as they are more focused on “getting it right” then allowing the experience to happen.

When you have a trained practitioner, they are able to collect information from you, create a plan of action for your desired goals (weight loss motivation in this case) and then motivate you or coach you to help you achieve your goals.

It is also less stressing and more relaxing to have someone guide you through the process. This will help you feel confident that the hypnosis process is working for you.
