Live Online Session

Your GLP-1 Is Working.
So Why Won't the Food Thoughts Stop?

A 60-minute live session to understand why food noise returns on Ozempic, Wegovy, and other GLP-1 medications. Learn to respond without willpower or restriction.

Reserve Your Spot: Only $27

You may have started your GLP-1 medication feeling like a miracle had happened.

For the first time in years, maybe decades, food wasn't running your life. You could walk past the kitchen without that familiar pull. You could finish a meal and actually feel done.

But lately, something has shifted.

The thoughts are creeping back. Not dramatically. Not all at once. But enough that you've noticed. You're thinking about your next meal while eating the current one. The mental negotiations have returned. You're wondering if this is the beginning of the end.

Here's what I want you to know: This doesn't mean your medication stopped working. And it doesn't mean you did something wrong.

Your brain is doing exactly what brains do. It's adapting.

GLP-1 medications create a kind of "quiet" around food. But the brain recalibrates to constant signals. What felt like silence becomes the new normal, and other systems (stress, dopamine, old protective patterns) start speaking up again.

This isn't failure. It's biology.

And there's a way to work with this recalibration instead of fighting it.

In This Session, You'll Discover

🧠

What GLP-1 Medications Actually Do

And what they don't do, explained in plain language you'll actually remember. The "restaurant host" analogy makes it all click.

🔄

The Real Reason Food Noise Returns

Even when you're taking your medication exactly as prescribed. Hint: It's not that your medication stopped working.

🎯

The Four Systems Framework

How to identify whether you're experiencing true hunger, stress-driven eating, dopamine seeking, or restriction backlash, and why it matters.

⚖️

The Matching Response for Each Signal

"Hunger gets fed. Stress gets soothed. Dopamine gets redirected. Restriction gets softened." You'll never use one-size-fits-all willpower again.

🎧

A Complete Guided Hypnosis Session

Designed to install a calm internal voice that helps you respond to food thoughts without panic or force.

Is This Session Right for You?

This Is For You If:

  • You're currently taking or recently stopped a GLP-1 medication (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, or similar)
  • You've noticed food thoughts returning after an initial "quiet" period
  • You want to understand what's happening in your brain, not just fight harder
  • You're open to guided relaxation and mental retraining techniques
  • You want practical tools, not another diet plan

This Is NOT For You If:

  • You've never taken a GLP-1 medication and aren't planning to
  • You're looking for medical advice about dosage or prescriptions
  • You want a quick fix or magic solution
  • You're not willing to practice new techniques between sessions

I've been helping people change their relationship with food for nearly two decades. When clients started coming to me saying "the medication worked at first, but now the thoughts are back," I knew we needed a different approach.

This session combines what I've learned about habit change, nervous system regulation, and the unique challenges GLP-1 users face. It's not about willpower. It's about working with your brain instead of against it.

Frequently Asked Questions

I can't attend live. Will there be a recording?

Yes. Everyone who registers receives the full recording, so you can experience the session on your own schedule. That said, there's something powerful about participating live, so I encourage you to attend if you can.

Will this replace my medication?

Absolutely not. This session is designed to work alongside your GLP-1 treatment, not replace it. I'm not a physician and won't give medical advice. What I will do is help you understand and work with the mental and emotional aspects of eating that medication doesn't address.

I've never tried hypnosis. Is it safe?

Yes. Hypnosis is simply a state of focused attention and relaxation. You'll remain fully aware and in control throughout. Think of it like a guided meditation with specific suggestions for change. There's no "mind control" involved, and you can open your eyes at any time.

What if I've already stopped taking my GLP-1?

This session is especially relevant for you. Many people stop their medication (by choice or circumstance) and find food thoughts returning stronger than ever. The Four Systems Framework helps whether you're currently on medication, tapering off, or have already stopped.

Why only $27?

This is a pilot session. I'm refining this program and want it accessible to people who genuinely need it. Future sessions will be priced higher. If you've been waiting for the right time to try a new approach, this is it.

You Don't Have to Fight This Alone

If you've read this far, you already know something needs to change. Not your medication. Not your willpower. The way you respond to food thoughts when they return.

I'd love to show you how.
