Each session runs 60 to 75 minutes on Zoom. The format combines focused education on how your brain and body work, practical skill-building, and a guided hypnosis session to anchor the new response at a deeper level.
You do not need any experience with hypnosis. You stay fully aware throughout. Hypnosis is simply a focused, relaxed state that makes the brain more receptive to new patterns. Think of it as clearing the path so the new response can take hold.
Each session is self-contained and builds on the one before it. You will leave with a clear understanding of what drives your food noise that week, a practical tool to use immediately, and a hypnosis exercise to reinforce the shift at the subconscious level where food habits are actually stored.
Can't make every session on the day? All four sessions are recorded and made available to registered participants. The hypnosis portion of each session is also provided as a downloadable audio file so you can listen back whenever you need it, replay it at bedtime, or use it as an ongoing reset long after the program ends.

I have been a full-time certified hypnotherapist since 2004, working from my practice in Mashpee, Massachusetts on Cape Cod. Over two decades, I have helped hundreds of clients change long-standing habits around food, smoking, stress, and self-confidence, people who had already tried everything else.
