If this sounds familiar

You started your GLP-1 medication and something remarkable happened. For the first time in years, maybe decades, food stopped running your life. The mental chatter quieted. You could walk past the kitchen without the familiar pull. You felt in control.

But lately, the thoughts are creeping back. Not all at once. But enough to notice. You are thinking about your next meal while eating the current one. Old cravings are whispering again. You find yourself wondering: is the medication wearing off? Did I do something wrong?

Here is what I want you to know: This does not mean your medication stopped working. And it does not mean you failed. Your brain is doing exactly what adaptive systems do. It adjusted to the quiet, and now other systems are speaking up.

The food thoughts returning are not a hunger signal. They are not a sign of weakness. They are messages from different systems in your brain, each with its own language and its own solution. Stress creates a different kind of noise than boredom. Dopamine-seeking looks nothing like true hunger. And the guilt spiral around food thoughts? That is its own system entirely.

When you know which system is speaking, you can respond in a way that actually works. That is what this program teaches. Four sessions. Four systems. Practical tools and live hypnosis to install new, calmer responses at the subconscious level where food habits are actually stored.

This is not another diet program. It is a mind-based approach to the part of you that diets have never been able to reach.

What changes

What You'll Walk Away With

After completing all four sessions, participants consistently report these shifts.

🧠

A clear map of your food noise

You will be able to identify which of the Four Systems is speaking in any moment: true hunger, stress, dopamine-seeking, or restriction backlash. Different signals need different responses.

🌊

Calm instead of urgency

Food thoughts lose their power to hijack your attention. You notice them without reacting to them. The urgency softens and the compulsion to act fades.

🔄

New responses installed at the subconscious level

Each session ends with a focused hypnosis exercise that installs a new, automatic response to the trigger we worked on that day. You carry it with you beyond the session.

🤝

A different relationship with food

Not one based on rules or restriction, but on trust. Your body communicates. You learn to listen clearly and respond with care rather than panic or force.

💊

Support for your GLP-1 journey

This program is built specifically for the psychological side of weight loss medication. It addresses what GLP-1 drugs cannot: the subconscious patterns that resurface over time.

Tools that work in real life

Everything you learn is immediately practical. You will leave each session with a specific skill you can use that same afternoon, at the office, in the kitchen, wherever it matters.

The program

Four Sessions. Four Systems. One Quieter Mind.

Each session targets a specific type of food noise, explains why it happens, and installs a new response using hypnotherapy and practical tools.

01 Session
Tuesday, March 10 12:00 PM Eastern

Introduction to Food Noise

Understand what GLP-1 medications actually do and why food thoughts return as your brain adapts. Learn the Four Systems Framework and discover which type of noise has the strongest hold on you. Includes: the Control Panel visualization and your first Internal Voice installation.

Foundation Session
02 Session
Tuesday, March 17 12:00 PM Eastern

Calming Stress-Driven Food Noise

Stress-based food noise feels urgent because your nervous system is activated, not because you are hungry. Learn to interrupt that urgency before it becomes action. Practice the body-based regulation response and discover how to use your physiology, not your willpower, to regain choice.

Nervous System Reset
03 Session
Tuesday, March 24 12:00 PM Eastern

Disarming Dopamine and Craving Loops

When your brain seeks stimulation, food is often its first answer. This is not hunger; it is a reward-seeking loop. Learn how to recognize the pattern, redirect the dopamine drive to non-food sources, and retrain your brain's response to boredom, fatigue, and low motivation.

Craving Rewire
04 Session
Tuesday, March 31 12:00 PM Eastern

Neutralizing Restriction, Guilt, and Thought Spirals

Guilt and the fear of food thoughts actually increase food noise. The tighter you hold, the louder it gets. This session breaks that cycle. Install a permission-and-trust response that softens the restriction loop and replaces the thought spiral with calm recognition and self-trust.

Guilt-Free Integration

How it works

A Live Group Experience, Designed for Real Life

Each session runs 60 to 75 minutes on Zoom. The format combines focused education on how your brain and body work, practical skill-building, and a guided hypnosis session to anchor the new response at a deeper level.

You do not need any experience with hypnosis. You stay fully aware throughout. Hypnosis is simply a focused, relaxed state that makes the brain more receptive to new patterns. Think of it as clearing the path so the new response can take hold.

Each session is self-contained and builds on the one before it. You will leave with a clear understanding of what drives your food noise that week, a practical tool to use immediately, and a hypnosis exercise to reinforce the shift at the subconscious level where food habits are actually stored.

🎥

Can't make every session on the day? All four sessions are recorded and made available to registered participants. The hypnosis portion of each session is also provided as a downloadable audio file so you can listen back whenever you need it, replay it at bedtime, or use it as an ongoing reset long after the program ends.

About Erika Slater

I have been a full-time certified hypnotherapist since 2004, working from my practice in Mashpee, Massachusetts on Cape Cod. Over two decades, I have helped hundreds of clients change long-standing habits around food, smoking, stress, and self-confidence, people who had already tried everything else.

What I have learned is this: lasting change does not come from trying harder. It comes from working with the part of your mind that runs habits automatically. That is where hypnosis works. Not on your willpower. On the automatic system underneath it.

The Food Noise Mastery Program is built on more than twenty years of working with real people on real habits, combined with a close study of the neuroscience behind GLP-1 medications and the specific patterns they quiet and the ones they cannot reach. This program addresses the gap.
